I like to start clients out on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence and adjust as we go. I tailor my process to your needs and collaborate along the way.

I currently do not accept insurance but can provide a monthly Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance company to verify benefits for out-of-network providers.

Good Faith Estimate
-
As a provider of mental health services, I am committed to transparency and clarity regarding the costs associated with therapy. A Good Faith Estimate is intended to help you understand your financial obligations and the potential costs of treatment.
-
Transparency: Clients have the right to receive a clear and accurate estimate of costs for services before receiving care.
Informed Choice: Clients can make informed decisions about their treatment options based on the estimated costs and their financial situation.
Itemized Billing: Clients are entitled to a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the services provided.
Access to Information: Clients should be provided with information about their rights regarding insurance coverage, co-pays, and out-of-pocket expenses.
Dispute Resolution: If there are discrepancies between the estimated and actual charges, clients have the right to seek clarification and potentially resolve disputes with their provider.
No Surprise Billing: Clients are protected from unexpected high bills, especially in cases where they have received an estimate in good faith.
Written Estimates: Clients can request a written Good Faith Estimate, which must be honored unless there are significant changes in the services rendered.
Follow-up Questions: Clients can ask providers any questions regarding the estimate, treatment options, and payment policies.
-
If you schedule weekly sessions, you might expect to pay $640-800 a month as an individual or $720-900 a month for couples sessions after your initial intake.
See the above section for cost of intake sessions as well as info on discounted rates.
-
If you plan to use insurance, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage, including deductibles and co-pays.
I can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurer which does require a diagnosis.
-
Payments are due at the time of service.
Acceptable payment methods include credit or debit via Stripe.
-
This estimate is not a guarantee of final costs. Actual charges may vary based on the specific services provided and the length of treatment.
If you have any questions about this estimate or my services, please feel free to reach out or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more information.
