Hi! I’m MaiLinh.

Pronouns: she/her
How to say my name:
“my-LIN”

I’m a licensed couple and family therapist serving women and couples via telehealth in Washington state.

I recognize dysfunctional patterns can be hard to break, and change can be not only hard, but also scary. I work with clients to uncover what beliefs, behaviors and patterns are getting in the way of their healing, healthy relationships, and growth. My goal is to work alongside and be with my clients with openness, curiosity, and compassion for each individual’s story, cultural practices, values, and goals.

My experience growing up and navigating predominantly White spaces holding the identities that I do motivates me to help my clients examine and unpack internalized oppression and explore the various intersections of their identities.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m also a West-coast transplant-turned-Washington-local, surprisingly Texan, sourdough enthusiast, dog owner, amateur gardener, daughter of a Vietnamese/Chinese immigrant, and most importantly, human just like you.

I specialize in helping women and couples in Washington state who are seeking connection, clarity, healing, and growth, and I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the unique challenges related to race and culture in their relationships, families, and community.

My background and training as a couple and family therapist and systemic thinker guide my practice. I collaborate with my clients to help them rediscover their inner strengths and wisdom, fostering a supportive environment where they feel safe to explore and process their emotions and stories.
