Couples & Relational Therapy
Relationships sometimes become stagnant, gridlocked in conflict, and leave partners unfulfilled and dissatisfied. I’m a couple and family therapist by training and use a systemic approach to help couples reconnect, realign, enhance their bond, and navigate challenges and complexities in their relationships such as:
